Mr. Carlson began his engineering career at Metcalfe Engineering Company in Austin in 1973 and Hale & Associates in Austin in 1975. He became Vice President at Hale &Associates in charge of subdivision development.

In 1977 Tommy co-founded Carlson & Dippel, Inc. of Austin, Texas, a Civil Engineering and Surveying firm that employed over 200 people, including 20 engineers.

In 1986, Tommy co-founded Carlson Engineering & Associates, inc., and in 1998, the firm became Carlson, Brigance & Doering, Inc.

Tommy has over 35 years of experience as a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor in Texas. He has extensive experience in managing the operation of a civil engineering and surveying company, along with business development and client relations.

Tommy is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, in 1973.

Mr. Brigance began his engineering career in 1983 as a Staff Engineer/Design Engineer with Jeryl Hart Engineers in Austin, Texas. Charles joined Carlson Engineering & Associates in 1986 as a Design Engineer and Project Manager. He became a co-owner and principal in 1991, and assumed the position of President of the firm.

Charles has over 25 years of civil engineering experience, including design of water and wastewater systems, drainage facilities/ structures, flood control ponds, water quality ponds, grading and erosion control plans, traffic control plans, and land planning.

Mr. Brigance manages the planning, design, permitting and construction of civil infrastructure in the general Austin area totaling $10 to 20 million annually.

He currently works in every phase of civil engineering work completed by the firm, from design to management, staff training and development, client relations, and business development.

Charles is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983.

Mr. Doering began his engineering career at Hale & Associates of Austin in 1970, becoming Director of Construction Management in 1974, and then at Provident Development Co. of Austin in 1976 as Project Manager.

Danny joined Carlson & Dippel, Inc. of Austin in 1981. His responsibilities included the management of all areas of the firm, with particular attention to construction administration of over $95 million of construction work.

In 1986, Danny co-founded Carlson Engineering & Associates, which became Carlson Brigance & Doering, inc. in 1998. Mr. Doering is currently Executive Vice President of the firm in charge of all aspects of construction and contract administration of projects, and coordinating with appropriate governmental agencies.

Danny attended Texas Tech University, majoring in Finance.
