Brett R. Pasquarella, P.E.
Mr. Pasquarella began his civil engineering career in 1991 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Fort Belvoir, Virginia. In 1994, Brett was employed by the City of Austin as a Plan Reviewer in the Engineering section of Watershed Protection and Development Review.
Brett joined Carlson, Brigance & Doering in 1996, received his P.E. in 1999, and became a Vice President in 2006 and owner in 2014. In 2020, CBD, Inc, converted to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and he now serves as Vice President of Engineering on the Management Team.
Brett is in charge of subdivision design including streets, drainage, erosion control, water, wastewater, detention, and water quality. He oversees plan processing through various entities such as city, county, TCEQ, TxDOT, and FEMA. Additionally, he has a supervisory role for Engineers-in-Training and drafting technicians.
Brett is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY in 1991.
