Douglas R. Rummel, Jr., P.E., R.P.L.S.
Mr. Rummel began the surveying aspect of his career in 1992 when he joined Carlson Engineering & Associates Inc. In 1999 Douglas became an Engineer-in-Training and Surveyor-in-Training. He was responsible for design, proceedings and inspection of single-family residential developments from the initial boundary survey of the tract to the final site construction.
Douglas received his R.P.L.S. in 2003 and became a Project Manager. As a design engineer and R.P.L.S. he was responsible for design, processing and inspection of single-family residential developments, survey project management, and supervising survey staff.
In 2006, Douglas received his P.E. was promoted to Vice President of the firm, and in 2014 became a partner. And as a partner oversees all facets of business.
Douglas is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Water Resources from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, in 1999.
