Earl "Mac" McIntosh
Mac has over 37 years of experience in the engineering fields since graduating with his bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Kansas. He currently serves as the Branch Manager for our San Antonio office and his main responsibilities include business development and project procurement , client relations, total quality management and the supervision of project engineers and support staff. The responsibilities of his position also include preforming Environmental Site Assessments, utilizing ASTM- E 1527 21 protocol and/or NEPA Assessments for predevelopment studies. In addition, Mac will serve as our lead consultant to formulate a team of in house or subcontract environmental professionals to preform, wetland delineations, Culture Resources Studies, and Geological Survey for our client’s project development needs.
